Welcome to CHENNAI DROP TAXI SERVICE. By using our taxi services in South India, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms outline the rights and responsibilities of both the Company and the Customer. Please read them carefully before booking or using our services.
When you book a taxi with us, either through our website, mobile app, or customer service line, your booking is subject to availability. You can cancel your booking before the scheduled pickup time, but please be aware that cancellation charges may apply. The Company also reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle breakdowns or driver unavailability, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
The fare for each ride is calculated based on factors such as distance, time, and applicable surcharges. Although we provide an estimated fare at the time of booking, the final amount may vary. Payment can be made in cash, by credit/debit card, or through any other payment method offered by the Company. Full payment is required at the end of the ride. Please note that additional charges may apply for services such as night rides, waiting time, or toll fees.
Both Customers and Drivers are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor throughout the ride. As a Customer, you are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and are required to wear seat belts at all times as per traffic regulations. Any inappropriate behavior or damage to the vehicle may result in the immediate termination of the ride and potential legal action. Drivers are similarly obligated to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers by adhering to all traffic laws and maintaining professional conduct.
The Company strives to provide reliable and safe taxi services, but we do not guarantee availability at all times or in all locations. We are not liable for any delays or service failures due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues. Additionally, the Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings left in the taxi. By using our services, you agree to indemnify the Company against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
